Mr. Ajit Lalwani (Founder)

64 years of age, a Commerce Postgraduate who is the man behind the evolvement of the Group. He started as sales executive then being an editor of a newspaper and then his entrepreneurship journey started 33 years back as a small Iron & steel trader. He, with his hard work, perseverance, and vision gradually created a business group with an outstanding track record and goodwill in the market. Because of his professional & technical skills and his dedication & hard work has been able to grasp prestigious high-value assignments both from Private and Government Sector.
Besides being a successful businessman Mr. Ajit Lalwani has earned very sound goodwill, trust, and respect in their social life too. He has been elected/ selected for various honourable and respected social posts such as Leo Governor, Leo P.R.O, Founder President JSG Navkar group, President of Devi Ahilya Region Indore which had 26 group under it.

Another feather was added to his social carrier when he was declared President(2018-19) of Jain Social Group International Federation, biggest Jain community organisation of world-leading 480 subgroups with 65000 members under it spread in around  13 countries. This all shows the faith and confidence on him reposed by the business and social community

Mr.  Abhishek Lalwani (Director)

34 years of age, a Bachelors in Engineering the man behind  Group being starting its Real Estate business on sole  Project basis. Erstwhile, Projects where done on Joint venture by the group. To gain practical exposure, after completing his B.E. he worked in MNCs in Pune and Indore for about 3 years and then joined the Shipbreaking  Segment of the group carrying his work from Mumbai.

Then shifted to  Indore and taken over Real Estate project and leading this segment. A complete township of 216 flats project was successfully executed under his  Vision and direction. He is visionary, committed, and has earned a good name in Real Estate Industry.

Besides business, he has held many Social Work events contributory to society. Equally Social by nature as his father, he has been always active in many social groups and religion events.

Mr.  Abhinav Lalwani (Director)

32 years of age, a Bachelors in  Commerce, Masters of  Business Administration specialization in Finance, Six Sigma Green Belt  Qualified & also has done  Bachelors in Fashion Designing as a passion. Youngest in the group, he is keen to learn and apt various streams knowledge, worked as Visual Merchandise in Retail Industry for a year to have practical learning in marketing and consumer behaviour.

Afterwards, he joined Manufacturing segment of group and handled purchase and sales of  Rolling Mill manufacturing  TMT Bars, Angle, Channels etc. There he developed a strong relationship with dealers and traders into infrastructure supply business to government and builders etc. From there he entered into trading of  Iron & Steel finished goods as he had a good network of same profile and is into it till date successfully controlling it.

Versatile in nature fond of music, dancing & drama, he has won many competitions & also participated in Lakme Fashion Week in Indore  &  Mumbai. With his experience from various profile of work, he has grown his passion towards achieving milestones and is committed to take the group forward.
